So I am so close to adding my blower, FINALLY. Well I have 2 pullies and no way to tell what size pullies they are. I presume 1 is stock, the other measured to be 3 1/16 inches. That is measuring the outer part of the pulley, not the ribs. So what size belt would I need to order? I am running stock crank pulley. And I did find a little bur on one of the ribs of the pulley, what is the best way to remove this without jeopardizing ruining the pulley? I would imagine that bur would ruin a belt?

If you have any way to measure the total length with some twine or string, you could find the appropriate size belt using your measurements, since most belts are pretty standardized with the way they are labeled. As far as the burr on the pulley, a set of jewelers files will give you the size and control you need to knock it down flush.
