Damn that is a fat baby.
I’m getting some sort of steroidal anti-inflammatory epidural injection on Thursday. A new set of lumbar and c-spine MRIs, because in the infinite wisdom of the military they can’t see/locate my lumbar MRI and my c-spine is over 2 years old. Along with a whole host of PT, acupuncture, etc. At least I was seen by multiple MDs today instead of the regular NP/PA primary care manager we’re given.
Nothin' wrong with a little steroid injection to start. Hopefully that's all you'll need. *fingers crossed*
Coming to St. Paul to see a few cars tomorrow, weather permitting. Doing some wheel shopping for the Cobra.
If it's not raining tomorrow afternoon, I may head over to this place to hang out and watch the cars cruise on Snelling.

Going to look at some old military weapons tomorrow morning, friend of a friend received a shipment recently. Then family is coming over and we’re taking my grandfather out of the nursing home for a few hours. Might go to the gun store and inspect (for the millionth time) the 3 guns I have on layaway. After that on to a car show, in 94 degree heat with a 105-110 heat index.

being that it's 95+ 100% humidity and no wind means I'm not stepping foot outside. Hell my dogs only will do their business and want to come in immediately.
Went to cars and coffee this morning with my daughter we stayed about a half hour and had enough with the humidity. Wiped down the fox body, will put the cover back on later. Grilled some hot dogs and had tater salad for lunch.
Probably take it easy have a few drinks and relax the rest of the day. Tomorrow not sure yet probably cut my hair, go out to breakfast, and grill for dinner. Supposed to get some storms tomorrow night.

Assume you have tried the chiro and stretches(twice a day) thing...
I’ve had serious enough back pain that I couldn’t sleep and mornings getting out of bed could take 10 minutes.
Did chiro as told and stretched a lot.
Fine now.

Every weekend is a work weekend on the farm.
Went down to Mustang Island and chilled on the beach for a few hours. Got to write a paper tomorrow. Beer interlaced throughout.
