Ford needs a two seater car. A modern Cobra.

not at my post...
That'll be $1.5Mil + ADM please... Oh wait, also come in for an interview and we'll see

Your social media ranking isn’t up to our standards, so sorry sir..

EDIT: funny thing is Ed Bolian the founder of Vinwiki and a famous cannonballer couldn't get one allocated and he's tried twice. I guess only having 800K subscribers to your youtube channel is not cutting it....

I hate to ever admit GM does anything ok, let alone "well". I have to admit, in the case of the C8, that they have raised the bar.

My hope is that Ford will rise to the occasion and develop a car to battle in the segment that Chevrolet owns and that Dodge recently vacated.

Hell, call it a Ford Cobra. Slot the base car just under the GT500 and Top level version under the Ford GT. Win/Win

I’ve been hearing this for a long time, face it Ford is never going to build a production 2 seater. They don’t need it or want it, no way in hell are they ever going to take a risk on it.

Corvettes and Mustangs are different animals that have one thing in common, they both sell and sell well. GM try’s again and again with the Camaro and end up dropping it do to lack of sales. Ford will never challenge the Corvette, it would cost way to much to do it and they’d most likely lose anyway. This is about staying in your lane and both (especially Ford) realize what lane they need to stay in.

I bet the big boy versions will be a blast, not loving the interior, hate the rear end. But a used grand sport c8 would make a fantastic edition as a daily and my viper as the weekend toy. No manual rules it out for being the Fun weekend toy, but it looks like it will make a fun daily.

Fords excuse was “ you didn’t have another ford GT already “

So he tried to have his friend that has a GT get an allocation and still couldn’t.

Makes no sense

After a hard long drink I think will pass on this 2020 Base Corvette that runs 0-60 in under 3 seconds, Mid engine design, under 60k and much more! I’m willing to pay 100k over for this New Shelby! seems to be a Better Deal.....Any and all dealers please email me [email protected] I have a Huge deposit to make but that is for later!

Failed attempt at sarcasm. Landing waived off, go around climb and maintain 3000, contact tower when you pick the localizer back up.

It looks great for a base model as the base Corvettes usually look somewhat lackluster, the performance seems to be good as well. I can't wait to see what the higher trims have to offer. It's going to be odd seeing a ton of supercar looking vehicles driving around in a few years.

The rear is the only thing I really don't like exterior wise. The big row of buttons on top of the "wall" around the driver looks weird to me; it reminds me of a Volvo from a few years ago that had a ton of buttons on the dash. The lack of a manual is a disappointment to me, but I expected it.

Actually that is a pretty slick idea. Make a modernized version of an AC/Shelby Cobra. Damn.

Nah, they'll do something Kaneda-y and put an EcoTurd in it.

If we are digging up the past, we might as well bring up that Henry Ford was a Nazi sympathizing anti semite.

Henry Ford was a visionary! He knew we'd be paying $104M a day in goyim-fees to that whiny little nation whose progeny got kicked out of over 109 nations since 250ad. I'm sure there's two sides to the coin, but their latest sportscar stopped on that dime and picked it up! (For the record, I'm not a Nazi-sympathizer, nor anti-semitic, I just dislike Israeli politics)

Anywho, back to the C8!
