What is going on with my car?

I can't figure out what is going with my 03 Cobra. I am getting it tuned by 04Sleeper and I can't figure out why it's not staying on with Kevin's latest revision. I am hoping I can get some suggesting on what I need to do to get this thing running.
Hopefully I can explain this without causing confusion. So after I got done installing my 2.3 vmp blower, I originally ran into an issue with my maf cause the car to sound like it was cammed and dying after several seconds. Kevin fixed this after adding more fuel. Skip to revision 4 and 5 from Kevin and I was able to send him idle and rpm logs. Kevin sent revision 6 and told me to go ahead and send him a WOT log from 2500 to 4500. I didn't get the chance to upload the file and send him a WOT pull until several hours later. By then, the car had obviously cooled down. I upload revision 6 and go to start the car - turns on and immediately dies. I have a short video of this

I upload revision 5 and it does the same thing. Upload revision 4 and it starts and idles fine. But judging by my a/f gauge, it's rich (10.0) until it warms up. The car drives fine on this revision. Here's the strange part, after I drive the car with R4, it will take R5 & R6. Though R6 doesn't feel too great and my wideband is all over the place, more so on the lean side (note; no mid or hard pulls, just normal driving). Why does the car run with the newer revisions once warmed up but not cold?
I don't know where to begin looking, hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Kevin says my datalogs look fine. He's been asking me about my injectors so it sounds like he might believe they are what's causing my issue. I have Ford 56 lb injectors I bought new from VMP when I got the car tuned last year. I do have a set of used deka 60 lb injectors that I can try out, I just need to buy adapter harness for them.
If anyone has any ideas on what can be causing this, I am listening. Thank you

what your experiencing is perfectly normal.

Its not cold starting on the newest tune cuz he hadn't dialed in fuel yet. Once you get the fuel dialed in only then can you dial in cold compensation. Its obvious you need more cold enrichment.

its not advisable to revert to an older tune. Anytime you have an issue like this is always best to communicate that to your tuner. Its always best to start the log before starting the vehicle so you can capture these issues and shoot the log off to your tuner.

What MAF did you go with? It took several tune revisions to dial in my MAF signal. Its a VMP 3000 and talking with the local cobra crowd this has been an issue with several tuners.

Decipha is correct. Start the log before starting the car and have a good dialog with your tuner. 04Sleeper is one of the best tuners for our cars (along with MalcolmV8 and Decipha).

I am going to send him a log of a cold start and hopefully, I let him know about the cold enrichment.

SCT2600.
I am going to go ahead and send a cold start and see if that helps.
