No doubt the new pic seems to give us all hope that this car is going to be bad ass! Looking forward to seeing the real deal pics on the 18th!

There were (and still are) people who hate the C7 front to back.

But personally, as a car guy, even the base models still make me take a second to admire. The GS and Z models even more so.

While I don’t like the rear from what I’ve seen online, I doubt a say will come when a C8 passes and I hun-haw it away.

Brand loyal fellas = basic bitches.

People that use the term “basic bitches”=basic bitches.

I am brand loyal, I like FoMoCo products.

Will I buy other manufacturers products? Sure but I will look at Ford products in that class before all else.

I will escalate your opinion to the ****s Department and see if they have anything for you.

If any other information is required an employee from the “Woke” Department will contact you.

I do think it looks Italian from the front. Will that turn people off?

I am and always will be partial to the C6 Z06. Something about how simple the lines on the car run and I love those big taillights on the rear bumper. I don't mind the C7 either, but the rear end is off putting for me.

C8 looks to be a game changer to me.

I’d probably buy one over the new gt500 because I’d get tired of looking for one at msrp if I could fit in it.

I’d always buy the best car that fit my wants no matter who made it. Ford don’t give two shits about me. Right now that’s a Dodge Challenger.

Do you think this will be a hit with your hardcore Corvette crowd though?

I think the C7 Z06 was the best looking of all except for the first Corvettes. I wonder how much looking like an Italian car and going to mid engine will put that core group off?

I think its radical enough to draw further interest one for the look and two for the mid engine. I am not a huge GM fan but I have owned a few in my time. I think any auto maker cannot keep everyone happy. I think they will lose a few hard core old timers, but I think they will gain more than one will expect in the younger crowd.

So far looks good up front, horrible in the back but ill wait till the 19th to totally judge it. Right now stubnorness is preventing me from liking it as I like the corvette how it was. Still a shit kicker on the grand stage with a front engine.

I think 50% will love it but that others will consider a vette where they never would have before.

I like it. The rear is horrible but everything else is cool. A mid engine that you can buy and service locally for something less than a $500 oil change or $3200 for a battery sounds appealing.

The downside is they will be everywhere. Go to your first show next summer and there will be 6 in attendance.
