Update currently have @755rwhp

Stock motor
Gen2r
All supporting mods
L&M cams

I’m hopefully about to add a built block “1200hp” rated and I’ll be adding at least a 10% lower to my 2.4 and gen2r setup

Hopefully I make at least 800rwhp on 93

I'm callin 700rwhp. I make 730 with those mods including E85, and a 10% lower. I have the FRPP TVS instead of the trinity. 08 GT500.

Ran my car again yesterday on the same heartbreaking dyno that I used last time, 526WHP/516TQ. The change to a JLT from a FR intake, VMP TB and elbow, and updated Lund tune gained me 13WHP/14TQ

I just dyno'd my car and have to say I am a bit disappointed.

2012 5.4L (stock no headers)
VMP Gen 2R w/2.4 pulley
67mm TB
56 lb injectors
JLT 123mm CAI
92* and humid (IAT was at 130*+)
170* thermostat
VMP tune

600rwhp

I was hoping for more

Was the car cooled down, or did you bring it in and dyno it right away?

What kinda tires on the car? I know drag radials can rob hp.

600 does seem a bit low for a 2.4 pullied GEN2R

No cool down. No drag radials.
If was hot that day and I dyno'd just after rolling it in.
They didn't really have the fans setup correctly so airflow and cooling was going to be an issue.

The IAT was getting up there so I stopped after the 2nd run (589rwhp on the 2nd run).

I had higher expectations as we only did the first run up to 6000rpm.

Oh yea then that's what it is. Car was hot. I guarantee with cool down time and a fan the car will make more than 600rwhp

Mathews Dyno is a heartbreaker, and that’s exactly what he wants....
Numbers aside how does it run? What made you decide to have him tune the car?

It runs fine, no hiccups down low or rolling threw the gears, showed 11.70 on his AF but once I got it home it fatten up a little went to around 11.40 but all in all car runs pretty well.

A few good friends of mine had very good luck with him on there turbo cars and blowers cars so I just decide to go with him and any questions they had to ask him he was always there for support.

Does this count for something? Swapped the m122 to a gen3...... this was on a 2.6 pulley 10Percent lower pump gas 17-18 degrees at 18psi - to 22-23 depending on the belt slip. Which should be gone now we have installed american racing solutions tensionor. Stay tuned gen3r power coming.....
