What a country we are becoming due to liberalism.... Where people stick up for rights of terrorists who would kill you if given the opportunity.

I'd buy the guy a beer if i could to celebrate his acquittal. And i'd buy any liberal who complains about it a cup of monkey piss.

FlahDah man.
I had a strict rule on my team. No war photos on missions other than my Intel guy, 18F, and no social media. As the team daddy it was a serious offense that would get you kicked off my team. I

We had a star chamber for violators.

Save your war stories for retirement at the bar.

He made a mistake when he posed for those photos. Almost all of seal team 7 posed for photos of that same corpse. The first one to pose should have the strictest penalties. The very same that made up the stabbing and shooting stories. Do they get a demotion and pay cut? Do those who have posed and posted dead enemy combatants get the same penalty?

He, I felt, needed to be disciplined for this mistake to keep it from happening again however it’s crap if he’s the only one disciplined for their mistakes!

And yet here we are. If they would of followed this simple rule none of this would of been brought forth now.

They're charging him

when an investigation was already performed, and determined no chargeable actions committed.

Isn't that basically double jeopardy?
He was investigated but never tried in court. From the UCMJ:
844. ART. 44. FORMER JEOPARDY
(a) No person may, without his consent, be tried a second time for the same offense.

It was a different offense. He may be a solid warrior but he does seem to like to prove his prowess instead of being humble sbout the experiemce of killing others. Maybe he would have been a good serial killer had he failed BUDS. I am still glad he was not severely punished. War does some crazy shit in your head. There are times you just wsnt to blast everyone aroumd you and keeping that under control is not easy, especially when you see and feel all the hatred.
