Backup camera guidl ines are gone...

2011 Ford Explorer

For some reason the guide lines don't show up on the the screen when the backup camera is on. I found in settings where you can turn it on and off and toggled it off then on and it didn't bring them back.

Anyone see this before and know a fix?

I'd try a master reset.

Try a battery cable reset to start, and also make sure the rear hatch is fully closed. I've accidently backed up before with the hatch slightly ajar and although it showed the camera, the lines were missing
