Tannerite is a secondary explosive, so the energy it has is incredible. I'm a proponent of it, but that it's legal and so easily obtained is a bit disturbing.

There was some pretty good ones in there. I skimmed it real fast but I saw something about he was gonna sue but didn't have a leg to stand on.
No it was the idiot shooting.
That's what I thought. @MarcSpaz said that it's the cameraman that loses the leg though.
If you find the original video, you will see the camera man hit the ground covered in blood, including the fact that part of his leg is missing. Old story that happened some time ago. I thought it was well known after all this time.
Also, as the guy recording hits the ground, you can see the shooter is clearly still on his feet.

No, what I'm saying is why would the cameraman scream that when he isn't the one shooting the explosive.

Man loses leg after shooting lawn mower full of explosives
The 1st pig built his house with straw and the Big Bad Baller Wolf used his basketball skills to destroy it.
There were 3 guys there shooting at it. They provide a name, but never show a picture of the actual injured person. You just assume it's the guy in frame, based on the way the story is presented.
Oh well. Doesn't matter. I guess I'm mistaken, but I still have all my digits. So it's not that bad.
I never said which shooter....
