Back when I worked at Honda there was a really attractive blonde girl who had a new accord. She complained the AC wasn't working, we found a rock/rivet/something had somehow hit the condenser (obvious impact) and put a hole in it.
She exploded at us that it should be covered under warranty, we explained it wasn't a faulty part, offered her suggestions to call her insurance but her deductible was too high for it to matter. At one point we even cut out a bit of profit on parts and labor for her but as it turns out she was a real bitch all around and would expect nothing other than free.
I noticed her and the car had an appointment set for another time and another advisor, I figured it was to get the AC done (mid summer). It should have been mine as my team diag'd the issue, but she was such a bitch I let it go.
When she came in to pick up the car, I found out she had gone back through her documentation and found she paid for window tint when she bought the car, but never had it done. Right as she picked up the keys, the advisor Chris said "Oh yeah, don't roll the windows down for 3 days." She said "but my AC doesn't work." He replied with a disappointed face "I really wish you would have told me that."
Her face got bright red and she stomped out of the service department.

Kind of funny, you tint your windows and bam the A/C dies. I remember way back, the first summer with my 99 Cobra and the A/C just stopped working. 20k miles on it and no A/C, in July, right before I was going to the beach for a week. Turned out to be some little part. Forget the name of it, low-pressure switch?

I've been here before. Just had tint done then the A/C decides to crap out in the middle of a trip on a 90* day. Not fun.
Can we have a video by the OP on what shape his stucco is in?

13 years ago (at 16) I dreamed of owning a cobra, I finally made it happen. The fact that it’s an 01 makes it that much more special to me. I am going to cherish this thing, restore her to her glory, and likely own it for the rest of my life. My vid was a way of just introducing myself here. I suppose I underestimated the trigger nature of the video. Figured hey, I’m already a dipshit, might as well own it. But you can’t take away the love I have for this car.
