Explain this to me. It has a super charger and DCT. 350R has pretty much everything else and costs $30,000 less. Am I missing something?

Let's start off by saying Indont give a shit whether its auto or manual or what transmission offerings will be had, but if they did eventually throw a manual in this thing it should drastically reduce the msrp in theory of the dct costs 20k.

Maybe Ford is just waiting until they sell enough DCT cars to cover the development cost and then they will offer a manual 7 speed Tremec?

But why cut price. Ford could add a manual and keep the same price and people would still pay it.

I just looked.

GT350/R TR3160 transmission is $4,500 ($1,000 core charge).
GT500 Tremec DCT is $20,500 (no core charge - yet).

There's 15k right off the bat.
I'm surprised the OP doesn't know that the Tremec DCT transmission ain't cheap. It's a great transmission, at a premium cost. It's been mentioned in a number of 2020 GT-500 early reviews.

I agree. I don't see a manual coming with a deep price cut. Won't happen. People will more than likely to get the manual at the same price. For real. IF it is ever offered.

The demon is a challenger with a blower and slicks, why is it $90k? Am I missing something?

This logic is flawed. Clearly it’s biased bullshit

I tried looking for the pricing. Where did you find that?
Thanks

A better question is why did Ford build a GT and charge 400k plus and only sell it to Jay Leno and Kim Kardashian? It’s not hard to see that Ford has completely lost its way and forgot about its core customers. They don’t even build cars anymore! What a complete joke.
