The only two things that I see are... booger hook clearly on the bang switch and the weapon is ALWAYS supposed to be pointed down range unless its unloaded and cased/bagged. Not really anything unusual though. So many people ignore basic safety rules that I gave up on public shooting ranges awhile ago.
Ummmm....I’m not a firearm expert by any stretch, but I’m pretty sure she’s holding the grip and we see the barrel.
