Finally, I have set dyno tune day to see how much power I’m making.

Key Mod Highlights

Engine:

4.6L - Bored .020 - 10:1 CR
Stock 04 Cobra Cylinder Heads

Forced Induction:
2.9L Whipple Crusher Gen 2 - 23-24lbs PSI

Fuel:
E85 - 22 Degrees Timing

Exhaust:
Kooks LT Stepped Headers 1 5/8” x 1 3/4” - 3in Collector, Catless X-Pipe 3” Inlet 2.5” Outlet, Borla Stinger

Anyone have an idea in mind where I’d be at? Or anyone running similar setup?

Very similar to my build, I am around 10.3 CR, and have custom cams. Running 22 psi out of a 2.8h KB. I made 785hp 702tq. So you should be low to mid 800 hp.

Just curious if you are modded more than him why do you think he will make 65ish more HP than you? Do you have the stock inlet?

At the end of the day, whatever it makes once all sorted out....it's going to run very strong.

Can you add the gen4 rotors later to this blower if you want? There would be zero doubt of 800+ with those gen2 rotors swapped

Pretty sure there’s revisions to the entire housing & Standard/Crusher inlet as well!

1-2 more psi and a slighty larger blower. Each psi is worth 20-30 hp.

I am running a stock inlet. I am a KB fan, but from what I've been seeing, the new whipples been laying down some better numbers. My 785 dyno numbers are from hot August temps, I like to think I would break 800 with cooler temps.

I'm just curious how you know what timing the engine is going to take without even making a single pull.

Ah the different inlet at those levels will play a huge role. As far as 20-30rwhp per psi it is accurate to an extent. I think his stock heads and cams will hurt his numbers but I think with the compression he can break 800rw. With what the OP has posted depending on dyno and day I could see 780rw to 820rw. Here is hoping for much more!
