I hope all works out, I have red flags going in my head with some of the values you have been given is all. You can give whipple a call they should have a good idea for a 4.6L mod motor what blower rpm will be required to get you 28lbs so you aren't throwing money at multiple pulley combos.

Pulley combo was a 3.5 upper, 7.40 lower. Made about 34#. Believe this was on the street and off the gauge, not entirely accurate but nonetheless it wasnt where we want it.

Based on the info provided by Lethal. A 4" and 6.55 would land close to 28#. Every .125= 1# on the whipple 4" and the 6.55 is equal to -4#. Also account for big cams, ported heads and anything else. We wont know forsure until it's on the dyno but really no "red flags".

4"÷.125=32#
6.55"= -4#

32#+-4#=28#

What are the final numbers?

Well gents, I picked the car up this past Sunday and dropped another off. Obveiously looking back at this build thread you'll see that this has been a LONG road. What started as a blower swap, snowballed into a full build. Not a single part of the driveline hasnt been touched and nearly every part is new. That being said, this journey, build thread, builders, tuner deserve some final thoughts and credit to bring this thing full circle. I will do that at a later date, but for now, here is an update and I'll follow up with final numbers so your not left hanging for my final thoughts. As of right now, the car has been home for 3 days and I have driven it 1 mile. I plan to take it out this weekend for some casual driving. Then next weekend, Saturday Aug. 3rd I will be taking it to the powercruise event at Brainerd international raceway in Brainerd, MN. There I will be able to get some wheel time in...

Beast! Congrats on sticking with it and finishing the build, now it's time to enjoy it.

Any plans to run it thru the 1/4? If so, what do you expect it to go? What kind of rubber will you be running out back?

Congrats! Glad you finally got your car back!

I am curious about the graph though. What happened to your low end power assuming both dyno runs were with the same mods? I sear I'd almost rather have the first runs curve than your final one. lol

The low end on both graphs I have posted are nearly identical.

Each graph is showing 2 pulls. One pull on E85 (lower #'s) and one on E98. The older posted graph was a baseline and the newly posted graph is after revisements. This is probably where you are seeing the different curve.

There was actually some break up on the top end. Hence why I said we left some on the table. Was starting to hit the limit of the ID1300s. I didnt want to spend thousands more on injectors and another dyno session, plus any unforeseen cost chasing 1k on paper. Its definitely putting out over 1k to the crank and we all know I would see different results dyno to dyno. Had to draw the line...

Great numbers! Now it’s time to enjoy it.

I’m sure you posted it but how much boost we’re the 2 different runs made on? (e85 vs. e98)

Thanks
Ken

I wish you would have done comparisons with same boost levels but E85 vs E98. I want to run E98 also

Excellent numbers either way

If you do decide to swap injectors maybe look at FIC or FID they are half the cost of IDs and I am finding more and more people/tuners are liking these injectors better.

Awesome build and awesome results. Good to see more people running 30+psi.

The graph I'm looking at does not show identical low end curve, maybe we're looking at different ones. lol.

Regardless, nice peak numbers man, really glad you got it back and are happy with it.
