I still dont understand how they claim it has the highest tow rating in its class? 7650 isnt better than the diesel Colorado? Same segment but they place the diesel Colorado in a different class? I dont understand that.

Also saw a slightly lifted Gladiator the other day. Not a bad looking truck. It would look better in a 2 door model though.

I test drove one a few days ago just for giggles. I am not a pickup truck kind of guy. It definitely feels longer and heavier than my 2019 Rubicon. And definitely less peppy with the 3.6 liter than what my 2.0T feels. But, other than that it was just like sitting in my Rubi. Jeep did it right by only changing what they needed to change in order to make it a pickup truck. It still very much has the feel of a Jeep when you are behind the wheel.

This truck definitely lands like a hammer... straight to the competition’s forehead. It will definitely now be the best all terrain adventure truck. Toyota will take second place to it, no doubt about that.

Fantastic looking rig! Might be time to trade, once the diesel option becomes available.

I’m not a big fan personally, but as others have said, it’s going to sell pretty well and it definitely screams Jeep.

Diesel is exactly what I’m waiting for.

Seems like a great desert truck to go out in

Absolutely. Only negative I can think of is the hoards of soccer moms that will buy these and slap on 20-22” wheels with rubber band MT tires...

You see that here. 24s, lifted, and of course the “ oil field wife “ sticker.

All we see is “ my husband is away a lot of the time and I’ll cheat “

Girlfriend has already told me “ I want a Jeep so bad “ so I told her “ well I’ve always wanted another “ so I showed her the pic

Of course the “ you already have a truck “ was the first thing out of her mouth. Lol

I’m debating the same.... I have been thinking about trading my truck for a Rubicon Unlimited but absolutely love the functionality of the truck. Especially after “finishing” my truck to my liking. Now, the Gladiator definitely throughs a wrench into the equation.

Decisions decisions...

Would be nice if I could talk my company into it.

“ hey so, instead of getting us new silverados... why not something that can handle oil field roads. Pull a stuck truck out if needed, and has the utility of a pickup. Oh hey ... don’t mind the lift, wheels after you buy it for me “

One can dream. I figure they will be close
The same price my bosses new truck is. He got the 2019 Chevy 2500, Texas edition, with every option available. Truck is NIIIIIIICE
