RS7 is gone as of high noon tomorrow.

2018 E63 S incoming. Only 11,000 miles. Pics below. More pics tomorrow.

I'm not big on the newer front end but the performance and luxury of those cars is hard to match. I'm sure it'll be even more impressive once you get into it. My all time favorite sedan is the W219 CLS55/63 AMG.....my God I love the look of those things. Merc V8's sound so good when they turnt up.

I'm close with both the owners at CMC. I know some people hate that place and I get it but they have always done me well with my deals. At the end of the day though it's a car dealer...like dealing with a lawyer kind of...haha.

I have been in the market for a bit now thinking about what I would replace the RS7 with. Initially I was leaning heavily on the S63 AMG. A 15/16 model. After driving one a few weeks back I came away disappointed. It was fast and all that but it was more of a luxury cruiser than a luxury cruise missile like my RS7.

So I started doing my research and saw that the E63 AMG S was very similar to my RS7 and faster (stock vs stock). Plus it had all the latest techno stuff and a 9 speed auto. So yesterday I went and drove the E63 and came away very impressed. It is ridiculously fast stock and has so many features it almost gives me a headache. Ha.

It's feels like it handles soooo much better than my RS7, drives way more aggressively in sport mode and shifts like a possessed demon! Add all the luxury features and for me it's a step in the right direction. Oh and the sound! Seriously, I thought the RS7 sounded great at WOT but this thing just screams.

Should have her around noon today. I will get more pics and update.

The Mercedes E63S is one of the nicest/fastest cars there is. It does luxury and speed perfectly. Great choice. Wife loved the car but hated the matte paint job so we didn't buy one we test drove one but still looking to purchase a E63S or maybe a GT63S.

Congrats! Since the RS7 came with the APR tune package when you bought it, do you think you'll tune the MB to get an apples to apples or leave it stock?

Would not have swapped an RS7 for that. But, glad you like it.

The E63 feels about as fast stock as the RS7 was tuned...I know that's mostly because of the incredible 9 speed trans in the benz but after the Renntech tune I think the E63 will be slightly faster than the RS7 was tuned. Either way your getting a mid 10 second luxury cruise missile! haha.
