Does anyone know what it would take to fit original 95' or 98' Cobra R wheels onto original 93 Cobra?
I know there is the 4-lug vs. 5-lug conversion that is needed at the least but more concerned with backspacing, etc. And if they fit, what front & rear tire size combo is best?

thanks

the 1995 Cobra R wheel 17 x9 that fits a 5 lug conversion was part # M179
Long discontinued
The 1998 Cobra wheel is 17 x8
Both fit but the 17X8 will clear much easier in the rear with out rolling the fender lip

Thanks for the info. I took a chance on buying a NOS, missing box set of chrome Cobra R's and I think they are part #M-1007-C58 (front stamped with random text near tire valve opening and back stamped "Made in Japan" & "HINODEX" 17x9JJ24). There is no "Ford or FoMoCo" stamp? Hoping they would fit my 93 or 03 Cobra. I though I would have the rear wheels widened by Weldcraft if needed to fill wheel well but according to you I may only need to roll in the rear fender lips (at least on the 93 Cobra).
