I’m trying to swap my ambers for regular tinted tail lights, I have the gt harness, body harness and relay. What 2 wires on the cobras body harness from the 5 point connector do I have to splice together to get the 4 point for the GT body harness to ensure the lights(brake, blinker, hazards) all work how they’re supposed to?

Car previously already had regular gt lights before I bought the ambers, they worked fine just by splicing wires in the harness, sadly I sold that pair with its already modified harness so I'm just trying to replicate that harness without messing underneath the kickpanel if possible since he got it to work that way before.

Hopefully someone can help.. PS might be seeing some ambers go up for sale once I get these on and decide how much I like them.

To everyone asking, AFTER I get the tinted tails on and decide on how much I like them, the ambers will probably be up for sale

Subbing. Also swapped mine. Not interested in changing body harnesses. Just gonna rewire them at the tail light plugs

So I found another thread on stanf net and got them working just connected the two DG wires from c331 and c332 (gray and black plugs in the kick panel) underneath the hood release pull using an extra wire and 2 wiretaps. Pin 15 on c331 and pin 12 on c332, be sure to use good quality connectors, used cheap connectors at first and swore up and down something else was wrong cause it wasn’t working. Literally MONTHS later I bought new connectors and said hell with it let’s try one more time and it worked of course. I bought wiring diagrams attempting to figure out where they took the power from that wires brake function. Black connector is c331 gray is c332. Then just leave out the DG wire in the trunk.

Glad I commented. So you just connected wire color to wire color in the trunk with the exception of the dark green correct? I think I'm looking at the same thread on Stangnet as you were.
