Lmao the best part of these chicken fingers..... they were shaped like dinosaurs. Girl friends nephew was over. And it definitely wasn’t brown rice.

After my burrito debacle last night I decided to use my remaining tortillas for chicken wraps tonight. Add some lettuce and diced tomato and oil/vinegar dressing and should be good. Chips and salsa too.
I'm planning on hitting up my local hyundia dealer and slightly being an ass by only wanting to test drive a car to earn a free $50 visa gift card that I'm told they can do digitally and you have it a couple hours later.
Then based on the local of said dealer, I'm spending $10 at an all you can eat mexican buffet for lunch.

Mission complete. I was nice and made it clear I was only there for the gift card, but was still respectful. They gave me their general info speeches about being based on a salary not commission, having the lowest price on the windows so not debating prices, etc. He asked what I drove, we got something similar, he went over the features, we gave it a 4 mile drive and were back so his boss could approve the gift card which was emailed to me instantly. All in all, about 45 minutes. I'm going to be nice and go drop him a nice google review since he seemed like a nice guy.
Mission complete about the mexican buffet too. Had that around 12-1, was home by 3, maybe 4, and then took a nap till about 6. That full belly did me in.

Stir fried pork with rice, broccoli and carrot.
We are having taco salads. The wife cooked up some ground beef and we had the rest to make some killer taco salads. How things went down:
Me: Use the lettuce in this drawer, for the salad.
Wife: Oh I’m not having any lettuce.
Me: Then what are you using for your taco salad?
Wife: The meat, sour cream, and guacamole on top of the tortilla chips with melted cheese.
Me: ...those are nachos woman, nachos.

Since I work the weekend shift today was the day for smoking. Made enough for everyone at work. Hopefully.
