Disclaimer:
this is a wordy listing but at least there are over 50 pics and several youtube videos for those that persevere

Summary/Important Notes:
I’m officially listing the car for sale/trade with a heavy preference placed on trade if it’s out there. The price is $29k and it’s reasonably firm. You’re welcome to disagree with that price for any reason you’d like but that’s where I’m at if it’s going to leave my possession. I’m totally ok with keeping the car. Frankly I’d rather tinker with something than stare at a completely finished car. With that said I really want a super clean notch, but am possibly open to something else. Sadly I can’t afford to keep this car AND start a new project at the same time. I will be as detailed as possible with this listing for anyone potentially interested. I’d rather be totally transparent and risk you not liking something than mislead you for the sake of making my car more appealing. If you like it, great. If not, that’s ok too. I welcome any and all parties to inspect the car in person and go for a ride. If you’re out of state, send your local cobra buddy to check it out if you want. I’ll get it on a lift if need be or even put you in touch with the mechanic who helped me from start to finish.

In the past few months this car was torn down to the shortblock and completely redone. Exterior, interior, motor, underneath have all been meticulously addressed. The car starts, runs and drives incredibly. I wouldn’t hesitate to hop in a go for a road trip. It’s been compression tested, leaked down and fully dyno tuned for drivability and WOT in the past couple weeks. It runs on e85, makes great power and is nice and safe. It’s on its third full synthetic oil change since being put together and there are only 200 miles on it. New fluids everywhere. I had roughly 2/3 of the car repainted at a high end shop to remedy 16 years of small chips, scratches and defects in the paint. There’s almost $5k in paint, powdercoat and high temp ceramic coating alone. The car has been extensively polished/detailed. I will include pics of the entire process. With that said if you are in the market for a collector 03-04 this is not your car. This is beyond the point of “originality”. I cared much more about the car being show worthy than original. And show worthy it is. I will not label the car on a 1-10 scale. I find that pointless and entirely subjective. What you think is a 9 might be a 7.5 to me so I’ll just encourage you to make that determination based on what you see. FWIW those that have seen the car in person tell me it’s one of, if not the nicest they’ve seen.

Things Serious Buyers Need/Deserve to Know:
37k original miles
4th owner southern car it’s entire life
Clean title in hand in my name. No liens
Autocheck shows minor incident (no airbags or panel replacement) when the car was new in 2003
Other than the lack of original paint there is nothing I can find 360 degrees on the car that indicates anything remotely major.
Heater core/CC lines removed. I have them. Preferred the cleaner bay than having functions I won’t ever use
AC blows cold
No lights on dash
No funny noises
All interior amenities work
I do not have any parts to return to stock. What you see is what you’ll get.
I will be working on getting some extensive video of the car in the coming days
Again, if any of the above doesn’t agree with you then this probably isn’t your car. Onto the mods and pics/videos. A large amount of the modifications are brand new in the last few months.

Wow this FS ad needs a table of contents! haha. Good luck on the sale, the thing is gorgeous!

Nice cobra and great ad, thanks for taking the time.

I’m presuming 99% of interested parties will be out of the local area so I am providing the same amount of information I would expect if making such a serious investment. Plus it should prevent any unnecessary back and forth with pic/info requests. Not to sound arrogant in the least but most FS ads I see here are seriously ineffective. Thank you for your kind words though

Great car, and text book ad.
Thank you sir
This is a lot of car for 29k. I'm sad to see it listed already, but someone will be getting an awesome machine here.
And thank you sir. There are definitely more “built” cars, lower mileage cars, even more desirable cars. I feel as though this is one of the most complete cars you’re going to find. A lot of attention to detail went into every decision on the car. I feel as though it’s a priced properly. If it doesn’t sell I’ll be quite content putting some miles on it with show season upon us

I semi kept up with your progress during it all and knew it would turn out well based on your attention to every detail.
