Procharger D1SC Belt Slippage ##Request for help

I've got the pulley 3.4 along with the 64.5 inch belt that comes with it, then noticed that belt is not tighten hard (tensioner collar) that screw already lifted to the high upper level but the belt still feel like not so hard.
Anyway, we had a dyno run as attached, what i see strange if you look at green arrow, after that there is flat line which is I suspect slippage.
I'm not that expert, so, how do you see the entire graph..and where the slippage.. and what is the root cause for it?

Then, I decided to get a shorter belt 64 inch instead of 64.5 (unfortunately, couldn't found any Gates belts for 64 inch, so got one from Cummins)
However, this belt tighten very hard, but I noticed a lot of black powders on the blower near to the Pulley, so this is very clear indication of the slippage, but couldn't have any dyno run with this new belt.


So, here are my questions to make it simply and ordered,
0- For the Attached Pics of the Tensioner and brackets, do you see something wrong?
1- For the attached dyno run graph, how do you see it?
2- Why do we have flat line after the arrow?
3- If it's caused by belt slippage, what is the solution for this as the belt we were using in this run was 64.5 inch that i've got with the pulley.
4- If the solution to go with 64 inch belt, could you please find someone selling this Part number K080640RPM / K080640HD as the Cummins i'm using now is very bad.
5- Any recommendations ?

Looks like you are over spinning the blower. Its almost spinning 66k rpm at 7500 engine rpm. You probably should step up to a f1. Max speed on a d1 is 65k. I could be wrong but i think the crank pulley is the same diameter as the stock crank pulley

Hi,
Yes, I agree with you that i'm over spinning the blower starting from 7000 RPM (a little bit) and according to BruteSpeed, they said it's not harmful to over spin the blower with 2,000 (but not recommended) to stay on the safe side.

So, the question is, why there is a slip, belt has no idea about the data sheet of the blower :)

Whats the timing look like? Are you sure the tensioner isn’t messed up it looks bent on the adjusting bolt. Looks like you forgot too loosen the bolt that goes through the tensioner and bent the rod.

More details if you would, please, I'm not expert with Procharger.

I believe the tensioner has 3 or 4 holes on the main bracket and yours looks like its at the top. Move the tensioner down a hole or two and your proper tension will come back.

^This... However, your belt may be pretty stretched at this point. Looking at your picture, it doesn't look like your tensioner lines are where the install document says they should be. I'm running an RPM belt and have no belt issues. However, I did slip fairly early on with the out of box belt from Procharger.

Not alignment, tension. By moving the tensioner to a different mounting hole, you are effectively changing the point in which the belt will gain its most tension at a lesser adjustment. Or vise-versa.
