That is nuts, that a10 is magic! Crazy that a regular gt can run 11s even on all season tires. He ran 11.9 @ 117 all stock including tires, hence stock. LOL

Great time to own a muscle car! I wince when I think back to the '90s. 11s for a GT all stock is impressive.
One dude went 11.7X on all seasons if I remember correctly. Even the magazines are dropping into the 11s.

How is that a hero run if his car is loaded on all seasons? A hero run is something hard to replicate like those c6z low 11 sec runs (11.2 or less), or the demon 9.65.
I know the a10 is best mode for these cars. The dct gt500 is going to be nuts. Would be crazy if it's faster than a Ford GT. Which the 2013 gt500 accomplished against the 05/06 Ford GT.

yep, Evan Smith has put a few in the 11s stock. These cars are impressive as hell, if I wasn't so deep in my old car I'd have one
Hero run was probably the wrong term to use. Mineshaft conditions may be more appropriate. Either way, as someone who spends time at the track and sees a lot of real world, firsthand experiences, bone stock cars aren't dropping into the 11s on the regular during season. It takes good DA and a track on kill from what I've seen.
This is generally true, although there are TONS of 18+ stock mustangs in the 11s on the East coast... out west.. not so much.
Because we generally have cooler temps and lower elevation tracks. You know, the things that make DA. LOL
I'm still not aware of "a ton" of truly showroom stock '18+ GT's running 11's.

Cars have come along way in the performance aspect and tech now. Buddy with a 16 gt hit 10.7 with cams, tires, tune, and tb.
