I actually just heard about this on the 5:00 sport news. He accomplished quite a lot in his career after his horrific crash.
First became aware of him due to the movie Rush. IIRC he had a lot to do with improving safety and medical care during F1 races.
Same here. Not much of an F1 fan but but I k ow how cool those racecars are and that was a great movie.
Not only that but he stuck it to Boeing with a poor reverser design after one of his airplanes crashed in south asia or something.
Yes but most of the safety work was done after senna died in 94
