You will get some spawling at times but nothing that will hurt you. Only vulnerability is your eyes but you should be wearing PPE anyways. I doubt they are getting anything kicked back though.

She was a Boss in the movie. Did a dam good job. Just goes to show.....who we are in one part of our lives make for different people in another. From pom pom's to this.

Now for Keanu. He has gone from great shooter to incredible shooter! Not to disparage him but I have known and taught a lot of shooters like him as they all have the same type of personality. Nicest guys you will ever meet but they seriously beat themselves up over the tiniest mistakes and movements that aren't even really mistakes; shit they shouldn't even be concerned about. They are more concerned with perfection than they are soth combat effectiveness. You can tell them all day long that they are doing an incredible job but it is never good enough in their mind because they think that shooting a target out of order is a mistake lol.

Aside from the locked elbows, she looks sharp. Not sure why trainers show people how to fire sidearms with their elbows locked.
