I got rather excited when Jon killed her, I mean she had to die and we all knew that. Sad a bit when the dragon nudged her. Interesting he melted the Iron Throne as if he knew the root cause. Nearly every character went off character except Sansa. We knew her ass wanted to rule. Jon was at that point the rightful heir to the throne so he could have gotten away with killing her legally I would think, had they pushed it. They really screwed him over. I was REALLY waiting for Bran's eyes to flicker blue at the last minute. I mean the NK touched him, he made comments he was no longer their brother, he said last night he came all this way. It's as if they had to instantly wrap GOT up a season early for some reason while creating the possibilities for spin offs. Poorly done IMO.

It's common fan theory from the books that Bran the Builder (one of the first Starks) is Bran the Broken and the story is just a time loop that Bran is part of. Also that A song of fire and ice is written/narrated by Samwell.

I actually thought the finale was okay. Obviously we all agree this season was rushed, but I think the story ended up about where it needed to.

I like the direction they went with Bran. He was so important early on that it felt shameful if he wasn't given a big role in the end.

Dany's death was sad, and i feel bad for Grey Worm even though I hated his character. She freed him, and he is still left dickless and womenless at the end.

I feel Jon's ending was just about perfect. He got screwed, but so did everyone along the way. Nobody came out clean, which is how it should have ended.

There are things to complain about, but overall it was one hell of a show, and I am glad it is over.

I am disappoint, son!

Very very rushed, but glad to have seen the series.

I am hoping that there are spin off shows from it.

Even with him having the true claim to the throne, Grey Worm and the rest of the unsullied would have never let him ending up on the throne go down. He was their prisoner at that point and could have killed him already.

My question, is why the **** would Jon turn himself in? How would they have ever known what happened to her if he didn't confess it himself? Drogon flew off with her body which would have been the only evidence.

Jon ain’t a bitch that tries to hide his dirt. On another note...I really wanted to see Grey Worm get shanked.

The other thing I chuckled at while watching is that it seemed like Jamie and Cersei could have been standing nearly anywhere else down there and nothing would have fallen on them. It looked to me that Terion was just able to walk up to their pile of bricks without worrying about walking around any other debris. Just funny to me is all since episode 5 made it look like everything came down on them.

Yep. The "ceiling didn't really come down" pile of bricks that killed the Lanisters is just another example of just how nickelodeon the show got. During the fight against the white walkers, the zombies would be racing in from all directions to create drama, then someone would be able to save a main character by fighting off said zombies . . . who are now only coming at them from one direction.

And, apparently the Dothraki had an entire brigade of soldiers that was holding back when their brethren attacked the white walkers. Cause, golly gee, there are a ton left now to cheer on their queen.

And the explosive force of the dragon fire from last week seemed to be non-existent when it had to melt the Iron Throne. The fire toppled stone buildings but didn't move the throne.

And Tyrion was a condemned prisoner, in shackles, but still with the juice to appeal to the Lords and Ladies about the future of Westeros. "Even after the Queen is killed, we will keep her political prisoner rotting in a cell for weeks. But, only then, we will pull him out and allow him to influence how we proceed with running the seven kingdoms."

And how did the truth about Jon killing Dani come out in any way that wouldn't have meant he was killed instantly . . . or took the throne instantly as the rightful heir . . . but instead he ended up in a jail cell. Hard to imagine that happening in a way that feels natural.

So many problems.

I was hoping Arya was going to kill Grey Worm then take his face and kill Danny but then everyone would bitch about how John didn't kill anyone significant.

Jon's biggest qualities were his honesty and his word.
