Things are about to slow down and it is time to start back to the gym. I have to take it easy as I am still rehabbing a tear of the Common Extensor Tendon.

I want to lose 20-30lbs and need some help.

So what is a good supplement to help?

I took L-carnitine (NOT a thermogenic)while on a low carb diet through our gym, supposed to help you burn fat. I can't say how much it helped but lost 20lbs in 60 days (19.2 fat, .7 muscle, probably wouldnt have lost any muscle if I'd watched my protein better)

I usually just do the equilibrium and thermite but the stacks are cheaper. Helped me get a stubborn 10lbs off that I wasn't getting on my own running, and keep it off.

Can only get nutrathority online or at Supplement Giant stores in Wichita, KS or Denver, CO

(Disclaimer I've known Jared and his family for years, but it's the only product I actually pay for and use)

Also get your thyroid checked... mine quit working at 30. Mine has about 0-.05 TSH now, so I take a big dose of t3 and t4 replacement.

You on TRT? Is that your weekly dosage, seems a little high. I’d definitely recommend TRT for any guys close to 40 and beyond, get the bloodwork done and game on if everything is good to go. ****ing fountain of youth..little blast and cruise if you want faster results, throw in some masteron, primo for a few weeks...

Did you have any side effects? Buddy did it and was expensive as hell and ran into an issue with thick blood after awhile.

I was 800+ at 37.

Dropped to 600 at 39 but I had been having some struggles and was living on booze and nicorette with a 155/100 BP. Got all that cleared up and will retest soon but it’s only a matter of time.

Didn’t have any weight issues though. Maybe some muscle loss but still lean at 210

I was 400, recently turned 42. No side effects yet, taking 160mg a week, injecting 80mg 2x a week. I am doing subcutaneous injections. My GP is taking test too and he’s 50. I do 2 HCG injections a week to protect the nads. 3 month supply of test, hcg and estrogen blocker (take as needed) was 320. The initial upfront cost for consult and bloodwork was a little stiff. Once started up it’s not that bad.

EDIT: your total number is only part of the picture, the free testosterone, bio available test is the more important number.

Doc said I’m lucky. Free was what he was happiest about. I’d have to look but I want to say mid 100s or something? Paperwork is at office and I’m beating feet back south of you first thing manana.

If your free was good, then I’d hold off. You can also look into other things to raise your natural T. I will have follow up a couple of months. I’m hoping I can talk my GP doc into prescribing, think it will be cheaper. I am currently going thru a doc that specializes in TRT.

It all comes from burning more calories then you are eating. No supplement on the market will do it for you. There are definitely supplements that will help, but you need to control your diet.

If you are serious and want some advice I would be more then happy to provide some. But you have to go into it understanding that there is no magic pill.

Shoot me a DM if you want to do the work.

James, if leaning out/weight loss is your goal, diet is critical as mentioned above. Personally I don’t like fat burner pills.

If you can go twice a day or have the option, do empty stomach cardio in the am after your coffee.

If not, do the cardio after lifting. Nothing intense, 15min max. Your lift should have put you in the fat burning zone already so this is a good way to lose the weight.

After your lift/cardio have some fat and protein shake; skip carbs. If I do the empty stomach cardio in the AM I’ll wait about 30/45 min before eating.

I’ll send a pic of a good amino acid to take.

You kinda want to be right in the edge of hungry all the time during the weight loss phase. Not starving though. Taking good aminos will help protect the muscle.

Low carb, cardarine, cardio...stay in a calorie deficit, put in some gym time.

This right here is exactly it.

I mix in some intermittent fasting (48 hours or even 24 coming out of a weekend—- that’s pretty easy) and weight flies off when I want it to.

I can lose 10 lbs in 10 days.... have done it many times.

Just started a cycle I'll be between 375 and 500mg a week of test for a few weeks and then move down maybe to reduce sides.
