Had the Cobra defanged two months ago on a Friday, took the weekend off to ice and relax, back at work on monday. Total procedure was 45 from walking into the ice cold doctors office to leaving. Unfortunately there was some wang handling during the docs preop, but a lot more from the cute little nurse that prepped me before and after the doc finished. All I can say they kept that office like a damn meat locker. All in all it was easily the best money I've spent. Doc said 15-20 shots before the all clear.

Ha ha. Yet another poor soul who fell for the, "Don't worry, I won't actually have to touch your wiener."

I golf three times a week with a retired urologist and have heard all the stories. Let me assure you, your wiener got handled. And by more people than you could possibly realize. Everyone in the room has a go at it. As long as you can convincingly say you didn't enjoy it then it's no big deal. Relax.
Wrong again, Molson breath. I ain't been "done". I'm as potent as the day ma nuts dropped.

And yer urologist buddy is a ****** that likes handling men.

They don’t knock you out dummy. Had mine done like 33 years ago, and the nurse assistant I went to school with wasn’t impressed . lol

This! LOL. I had mine done back around 2000. It was done in the doctor's office (no assistants) and took no more than 10 minutes. I was not knocked out. It was literally a snip, snip to my sack. No pain after, either. So no need to ice at home.

I didn't realize what a badass I am. Had the balls sliced and diced and was back at the office two hours later for the rest of the workday.

Although, I was walking like Yosemite Sam.
True story. I went on home Friday after the deal, back driving and hauling gasoline Monday.

Knocked me out, but mine was a little more complicated. I had veins entangled and strangulating the baby batter supply tubes along with cysts. Still went to work the next day.

Un-father’s Day for me was a while ago. When I went in for pre-op counseling, I was instructed to “shave the scrotum, the entire scrotum, and the hair around the base of the penis”. I raised my right hand and responded, “I will.” Then was I returned for the procedure, I received a shot in the ballsack, which was worse than the rest of the surgery. I recall the nurse who administered the shot saying, “You’re going to feel something close to a bee sting.” I said, “yeah I let bees land on my balls a lot”.

I had the two incision procedure, and I couldn’t directly see the cutting, but I could see smoke rising from my crotch when they cauterized tissue. It is a little unsettling to see smoke coming from your crotchal region.....

Lastly, the cauterization device had a grounding pad attached to my thigh, but the lead detached from the pad, so I had a brief “60 cycle shuffle” pulsing through my ball bag which in turn caused my hips to buck a couple times. Apparently, I was a pretty entertaining patient.

Do you beat off with a blindfold on or what? I’ve started a fire down there before.

And yea, Canadians need to start a #metoo because apparently you’re being molested during your vasectomies.

I had one older dude, a shot in each nut, a couple pulls inside the sack, and some sewing work done, and that was it.

Bruised quite a bit on ole’ Lefty. Was feeling pretty good after 2 days until I tweaked something. Spent about 3 weeks feeling awfully tender on the left side.

I also went in on Friday and was at the plant's safety day or something similar on Saturday. Sitting in a metal chair for a couple of hours wasn't great.

Funny story....
I could swear they told me to show up in boxers the day it got done so I did. We went to Red Lobster after for lunch which was fine. When we were walking out I felt something wet on my leg and thought it might be a little blood or something going through the bandage and I would tend to it when I got home. When I got home I found that the bandage was gone. Likely under the table at Red Lobster. Felt bad for the poor bastard that was going to find that during clean up.
