recently had an occasion to have a pair of wheels widened. I called around and talked to some places, one of which is the one most commonly mentioned. they were not helpful or friendly at all on the phone.

settled on Pico Wheel Service.

Pico Wheel ? Alloy ? Classic ? Steel ? Wire ? Customizing ? Repair ? Restoration

Super nice guy, Garry who runs, owns and does the work. very knowledgeable and super helpful. turn around time was really quick. couldn't be more pleased. the workmanship was outstanding. could hardly tell they had been touched. highly recommended.

Can i take a guess and say it was weldcraft you called? The initial guy you're supposed to email, James I believe it is, can be pretty blunt and short with you. I had a later conversation with one of the techs there and he was very plesant to talked to and explained some of the things I had questions on. I was happy with the work they did.

Post up some pics, always good to have multiple options.

Have not heard of them. Weld craft has a good rep and many have been happy with them. Mine were done by Eric Vaughn but he is no longer widening wheels. Hope they turn out good for you.
