Well. I really dont think so either but it would be a kick In the nuts if the last scene had them growing away on Tyrion's dingy.

With the focus they put on Arya experiencing all that devastation and the woman and daughter who she witnessed get burned alive I think she will have it out for the Dani now and will kill her. With this show nothing you ever think will happen happens though.

I thought there was going to be a point where Greyworm tries to take out Jon in combat at Dani's order to remove him as a threat to the throne.

Great episode though, one of the best yet.

She will probably have (try) him executed for calling for retreat.

But man, they chose the wrong time of the month for that attack. She went ****ing nuts.

Random question, but as she was laying waste to the city, the green (Dragons Fire? I forget what it’s called) started blowing up from under the city.

Was that supposed to be leftovers from the Mad King? If I recall, they discussed much earlier that he had laid it underground throughout the city. I felt like that was a nice touch if so. Danarys finishing the job on Kings Landing that her father had started years ago.

Was anyone else bothered by the fact the dragon no longer just spits fire? Apparently, it spits fire with some sort of explosive force that instantly takes down large, brick structures as if made of paper. And demolishes boats, not just burns them. It's like a combination of the Enterprise's photon torpedoes and phasers.

But only during the drama of a battle. When executing someone, there is only fire that allows the victim to stand in place and burn alive, LOL.

^^^come on dude. Everybody knows dragons have the ability to adjust fire control. Sort of like the $99 grill on your back porch.
Execution only take a flick of the bic. Taking down a wall you have to turn that bitch way up.

I know I'm in the minority, but I'm sad to see Cercei go. She was a horrible person, but she's one of my favorite characters. Of course she had to die, but at least come up with a better way of doing it. So many people wanted her dead, I just feel like they wasted her death.

I agree with this. She was supposed to be the over all villain but in the end it's Danni. Cercei was evil but never did close to what Danni has done.

Initially i figured that she learned while talking to Jon that it would take fear to rule there instead of love and she didn't want that. So she was gonna end Cersei, take down Kings Landing and then sail back to the other side of the sea where people genuinely love her and let Westeros take care of themselves. Then I watched the bit at the end with the show creators and they made it sound like she just made a split second decision to lay waste after the surrender. So there goes my theory.

I think Dani just wanted to prove that no one kills one of her good friends and not receive any consequences. So she decides to destroy the city to prove that point.

This will be the first time a show has given me the desire to read the books if they ever get finished.

It sucks the show is ending like this. Everything is rushed, all of the character building over the years has been for nothing. It is absolutely unsatisfying. They have almost ruined every story line, I dont feel like any character is getting what they deserve.

This is letting me down in the same way that LOST let me down, for many of the same reasons. This ending is having me feel like I just wasted way too much time, energy, and emotion over the years. Had I known this is what the end would be like, I probably wouldn't have watched.

Breaking Bad just keeps solidifying it's place on the top of my list. Perfection from start to finish.

I have the audio books and listened to them over time. Last we know Jon Snow died. Still waiting to see what happens. Around season 5 or 6 I said there was still too much story left to tell to wrap up in two or 3 seasons. It would take at least 5 more. So I feel the same that by cutting it 2 or 3 seasons short they killed the story.

Did anyone see Aaron Rogers in that episode?
