Reinstalled my ID1300s and buttoned up rest of fuel rails and lines. I made a crossover that includes a pressure gauge and the stock frps, hopefully it works out. Since it's deadhead the pressure should hopefully give consistent readings downstream from the regulator. We'll see.

Waiting on the II Much fuel tank vent and other fittings to come in to finish up my tank vent setup.

Installed a new OEM clutch cable, holy hell is the clutch better! All this time I thought I had a heavy clutch. (McLeod Street Extreme)
I just read another thread where the OP was considering an adjustable cable to resolve his issue, and someone highly recommended that he stick with the BEST, an OEM cable. I should point him to your post. Glad the new cable worked so well for you.

Best mod I've ever done to the car. Hurst 8" mounted to my 5.0 Shifter.

Gotcha, I thought you were down on the south side, your neighborhood looks like mine. I will actually be moving up to The Commons subdivision in a couple of months if all goes well selling my house in League City.

Well Amazon screwed me and "lost" a package so I'm just going to find a speed shop that carries AN fittings so I can get the fuel tank vent finished up. I'm trailering the car to Vendetta Speed next week for the startup tune. Then I'll bring it back home and get the coolant and other stuff squared away before I bring it back for tuning.

Looks good. I've always been a fan of the Hurst stick and ball. How do you keep the boot from creeping upward?

Same here, i really like the tall handles, i had a purchased a HURST for my 04 but it didnt lean back like yours? It had a straight design, Mine was more forward if that makes any sense? I actually have a HURST in my wifes GT (T45) and it has that lean like yours. What model # is that?

Yeah, there are dozens of variants.

I had $25 ebay bucks so I thought I would give this a try.

It's from Core Shifter, they also have their own shifter base and sell those as a package with Hurst handles.

Old school!

I put a top loader in my 83’ GT. Have one behind a 408W in my 73’ CJ5 currently. Both had the Hurst Competition Plus set up. Looks similar but taller
