Fitted the refurbished wheels finally, after about a year + of having this stuff. PVD Chrome refinished wheels, 9.5" wide rears, 255/45/18's up front with 295/45/18 Nitto NT555 G2's out back. Need to pop my center caps in and put spacers on the rear wheels (tires just rub the shock on compression)

Love that first pic bruh. It's been a long time since I've seen a Mercury Maruarder in person. Most think they're just a Grand Marquis lol

Saw a Blue one posted in an auto trader locally a few months back. Low 40k miles and about $14,xxx

Wanted it so bad, but knew it wasn’t even a possibility because of the wife.

Detroit Wheels did the PVD chrome, Weldcraft did the widening and repairs.

The only thing I don't like about the PVD is it can have a bit of an orange peel finish to it depending on how you look at it, but it's whatever. I haven't found anyone who can restore the wheels like factory, and I haven't found anyone who can replicate the S55 look. This was the best option and overall I'm happy, they really pop in the light.

I need to send my rears off go be widened. What was the cost for the PVD finish?

Honestly I don't remember, I try not to remember stuff like that. It doesn't "start to add up" if you don't remember what even needs adding

Detroit is pretty responsive with emails, if you do decide to send them wheels for PVD finish they'll send you prepaid shipping labels.
