When cats make that noise and wag thier tail they aren't happy and they aren't playing lol

The first meow at the beginning of the video would be enough warning for me.

When I was about 20, I tried to trap a GFs cat that was in heat and wouldn’t STFU in the middle of the night. It made the same noise moments before launching off a shelf and using my outstretched arm as a ****ing launch pad. There was a puddle of blood on the floor before I even moved to swipe at the POS.

When a cat growls, it’s time to quit ‘effing with it.

I used to be a big fan of cats, and while my enthusiasm has faded a bit, I don’t hate them all.

But my wife’s family adopted a tiny stray kitten when we were dating... the cat and I have gotten into it a few times... I always knew when to tap out...

My cat had all four sets of claws removed. I have zero worries when he growls.

Even without claws, you cannot feel safe walking down a dark hallway, barefooted with a cat.
They love pouncing and wrapping around your foot before delivering a kill bite to the top or back of your foot (all while kicking you with the rears) before darting off into the darkness again, waiting for you to trip over the coffee table or bleed out so they can eat you.

Not sure if you are aware but de clawing a cat is the equivalent of removing all of your DIP joints on both hands.

Can he live with it? Sure. But it’s a ****ed up thing to do to a pet you care about.

Just FYI.

Got our first cat a year ago and had his front claws removed. He has still managed to rip every piece of furniture in the house to pieces. He will deliberately start tearing something up to get attention. Me and him get into it all the time. You cannot turn your back on a cat or you will bleed. I can’t even touch this cat without him bitting me. What good is a cat any way? Never again. It’s very hard to say no to a daughter.

A lot of cats learn relatively quickly that if their claws aren't sharp, their teeth still are.

Our cat is dope, she plays with soft paws and really won't hurt you. She will scratch you sometimes when playing, but not bad. She still has the option to go full blown '**** you' if she needs to, but she won't if she knows what she is attacking is human.

It's a pretty cool cat.

I hate cats. Doesn't bother me at all.

I didn't mind cats until we got our first dog 11 years ago. Then I was like WTF was I thinking (referring to waiting so long to get a dog). Some cats are cool, but most are just standoff-ish or down right sh!tty pets.

Both our cats are really cool and laid back. You can roll them on their backs to pet their belly and they’ll just purr away. Even when our 2 dogs are around. The dogs are really mellow too. I guess we are lucky that they all get along. They will even lay near each other and sleep.

However...I completely agree that many cats are true assholes.
