Anyone know of a decent holster for these? I know about Cross Breed but I’m looking for a slimmer holster

Got a Kimber 1911 that I recently did some polishing work on

Took the scout rail off and put a solid hand guard on. I like it much better.

That looks awesome! I have an old Kimber Ultra Carry that the blue is wearing off. There's no polishing it. I guess it'll be my experimental coating gun.. now what coating to choose is the question?

Little by little I’m finishing off my “ Gun / Reloading Room”


Might be going to the shop today and putting a deposit down on a Sig 365 and a Palmetto state armory KS47 complete lower receiver. I had the brilliant idea of making it into a Pistol.

That's a nice reloading room. Looks like you've got lots of room and lot of tools. That chair is similar to mine, except mine doesn't have a back.

I got the chair from Lowe’s. It’s a Kobalt shop chair lol. The room is perfect size, I wish the boiler and oil tank didn’t take up space in it but I still have plenty of room.

Finally changed things on my Arsenal AK

Picked this up for a carry/truck gun. Brand new, Gen 3, hell of a price I couldn’t pass up.

Two more additions:

1937 Czech Mauser Carbine.

1955 Mosin Nagant Carbine. Numbers matching.
Both are in great shape and I’m pleased to add them to the arsenal.

Pretty sure that is a Gen 3. Which is still a fine sidearm.
The mag release on a Gen 4 is much wider, and the Gen 4 has removable backstraps.

If you got a good price I'd be happy with it for it's intended purpose.

You're right. I meant to type 3, guess I fingered the 4 instead lol. I bought it strictly for a 'truck gun' I guess you could say.

Funny story. While I was at work, dad took my Maxus out a few weeks ago to pattern test some shells for turkey season. Well a few weeks later we decided to take it out again and see how a couple other shells work for it. Pull it out of the case and something’s missing. Somehow, someway, the charging handle was missing and nowhere to be found lol. He was mad at himself but hey, gave me an excuse to buy more gun stuff ‍ Ended up throwing a Briley extended one on it, in gold. Pretty badass how they make these since the gold piece actually threads on and off and allows you to basically have any color you want.
