Legendary Motorcars has been selling 03 to 04 Cobras in the mid to high 30s for the past few years. The thing is, they have clients that are willing to pay that much to add it to their collection. Some guy selling it on eBay will probably not attract that same buyer. Anyone who thinks it is worth in the 20s is clueless. I wouldn't buy a 03 to 04 CObra because I want the latest tech and to me it isn't as cool as older Mustangs(69-70, fox body)
The Fox Body has grown on me. Initially I could not stand them and thought the SN95s looked so much better. But I have seen a few clean Fox bodies that look awesome. Those cars have to be loud imo. A quiet Fox just doesn't do it for me.

I do prefer the 03/04 look of all the Mustangs. Especially from the rear and 3/4 rear view and the front. Not so much from the side. Many people also prefer the rawness of the Terminator compared to the modern cars. A fast, loud Terminator will make the hair stand up on the back of your neck. I took a few people for a ride in it @ 700 RWHP and they were shocked!

My wife and I once went to Cedar Point and the slower wooden roller coasters were actually more scary than the faster, smoother and more modern coasters lol! I could see myself dying on one of those wooden coasters lol!

My dude.. :)

He sent me a message back basically saying the same thing he said to you and he wouldn't take a dime off the price. So i told him maybe we could make another transaction. "My crack dealer just got busted and is coincidentally doing a dime in San Quentin, what would it take to get hooked up with yours?"

LOL at the mid $20s posts. Yet you guys would want more than mid $20s for your sub 3k mile Cobras.
Yeah, the color may not be desirable, but the car will sell for more than "mid 20s".

I'm not even a Terminator guy and I can see that.

It will only sell for that because there is always a sucker out there that will over pay.

A fool and his money will soon be parted.

I might be wrong but a new 04 cobra was about 32k back then.

Convertibles usually went for about $34,000 to maybe $36K if it had all the options, but most dealers usually only was selling 04's for around $31,000 after rebates and discounts. I think I remember a few of the coupes going for about $28,000 OTD with the same deals back in 2004.

I don't think the seller is going to get what he ask, it just too much money for a 15 year old car in my opinion.

So his price is as listed and he won't lower it a dime. o_O OK, so why then did he select the Make An Offer option when he set up his auction? What a loon!

If no one is interested in buying the car, then why give the guy such a hard time?

Cause SVTP! All becasue his asking price is high. Why waste time messing with the guy.

Hell, I don't think his "this car isn't for you" response was in bad taste at all.
