Yes.
Never want to find out.
I remember reading about guys who have had wrecks with roof damage and changed to glass roof.

Are there replacement glass roofs available? Say someone vandalizes the car or the glass cracks somehow?

A couple weeks ago at the Houston MCA National Show I was speaking to an owner of a glass roof Shelby that was passing a rock truck that somehow had a rock come out of the bed and landed on his roof and cracked it. He went through 2 replacements and both were rejected due to wave issues in the center section. He has been working with a Ford Manager who contacted the glass supplier. They went through all inventory and apparently the entire inventory of glass roofs in the US was trashed--200 units. They are working on getting new units made but that is going to be at least 3 months and hopefully they come out in proper condition. Retail is close to $3,000 on these units and can probably be had for close to $2,000 with a good discount. Not a pleasant situation if any of us need a replacement.

Why would a supplier trash or throw away all the replacement parts? Sell them off to suppliers or keep half in stock.
