Wendler 5/3/1 program. throw in a few accessory lifts and some cardio and you'll get strong as **** while looking good too.

eat 1g protein per lb of body weight and around the same for clean carbs.

enjoy the gains.

source : me. bench 385/ squat 495/ deadlift 515 at 204lb bw. not fat.

A friend of mine has been doing keto for almost a year and no homo he looks really good. very defined and you can tell he's got no water weight or fat just pure cut muscle

The KETO diet is legit, your body needs fats/cholesterol to produce testosterone. If you are on this diet and hitting the gym you will raise your natural testosterone and see some great results, burn fat.

I just started back last week. I am running a mile a day right now, then doing 45 bench presses at 68 lbs, then 45 ab crunches at 50 lbs. I will increase everything each week I go. It sucks starting back, but I'm starting to feel better.
