Sooooo, due to a foul up on my part I can't connect my cats back into my car. I have the tubes behind the cats ziptied up and out of the way and I have a set of long tube headers ordered to be installed as soon as they arrive.

My question is, is there any major issues anyone can think of with me driving 5.7 miles to the shop that'll be doing the tune and install with no o2 sensors and open header? (aside from the chance a cop might stop me for excessive noise lol)

I'd think it would be okay...obviously take it easy and don't beat on the car on the way. I have done it more than once with a 5.0 (pushrod), but not in a GT500.

Lol. I had to do this when I put my dynatech headers on. Installed at my friends house and I got a defective mid pipe that didnt fit correctly. The mid pipe I had came in two pieces so I was still able to attach the legs with the rear o2 sensors to the collector. I zip tied the over axle pipes to the underside of the car and drove it 16 miles home lol. Just drive it easy and dont get on it at all till you get everything connected up. Your rear o2 sensors dont matter really, you'll get codes for not having them connected but it wont affect anything. They are just there to see If the cats are doing their job.

Don't take it above 2k rpm, don't get into any boost and use metal wire instead of zip ties.
