1986 Notch, Black with red interior, 5.0 5 speed, 36,000 miles, all original and in what I consider good condition for being 32 years old. Runs and drives great. What are your thoughts?

I really appreciate everyone’s responses. I found this one on ebay. I drove up yesterday to see it and it was like taking a step back in time. Its not perfect by any means but will clean up very nicely. I will post some pictures when I get it home. We shook hands on $10,000.
*NOTE* I originally stated 1987. It is actually a 1986 with the sauare headlights.

Even for an ‘86 $10k is a great deal. You have the 8.8” rear. I love the 4-eye cars. The heads are the drawback for an ‘86, but you can do a HCI relatively cheap. So did you seal the deal or just agree on the price?

He is including ported and polished Trickflow heads, camshaft, and all of the extras required for that upgrade. The deal has been sealed.

Congrats - that is a phenomenal deal!!!

You might want to consider a custom cam. The TFS cam might be leaving some power and torque on the table. Let’s see some pics!
