Has anyone put Edelbrock 2650 in an 11-14?

Just curious if anyone has put a 2650 edelbrock blower onto an 11-14 coyote.

I know they don't sell a kit for the 2650 (besides VMP) that fits an 11-14, but has anyone tried piecing something together? I like the idea of a blower that fits under a boss strut brace without lower engine mounts.

They had one a while ago on the Mustang 360, I Googled it and can't find the article

Any reason to want that over a gen 3 whipple 2.9?
It's got pretty good cooling features.
Plus, it's pretty stout. I think the guys at Lund approve of it.

Good to know. Cost difference? Ease of install?
I have no idea about cost, but I think install is about the same.
YOLO does a couple of videos on Youtube with some cars with the Edelbrock 2650.

Does the strut tower brace clear the whipple 2.9 without lower motor mounts? Also Those whipple 2.9 kits are priced a bit higher than old Edelbrock 2.3 kits, but not sure how it compares to the 2650 price.

The factory stb will fit over the whipple with a couple washers. Yes the whipple kits are expensive but easily puts 700hp to the wheels too. I dought the old eddy 2.3 can even compare. Infact a 13/14 TVS is the best bang for the buck.

I am in the process of doing this now (ordered, waiting on delivery) - I ordered the 2015-2017 kit (15865) and should be able to use almost all of the parts from it. It will be a few weeks before I install but I am going to document the process.

Might need coolant piping from the 11-14 kit. Definitely interested to see how it turns out.

Why not VMP?

Just picked the car back up this week. Working on the tune now. Install was straight forward but make sure that you have the plastic IAT sensor, not the brass one. this was causing my IAT2 temps to read through the roof and throw the car into limp mode. I am trying to use a tuner local to me (currently in Ukraine) but I may end up going with one of the bigger names and remote tune.
