So if I had the opportunity to buy a 2019 GT350R or a 2018 ROUSH Jackhammer each at MSRP

Slowly been getting a stable of stangs lol but unfortunately I might have to let my firstcar / mustang go 1998 mustang gt. Insurance will be crazy on 3 cars...

I guess I worded the first one wrong. Shelby is built on a assembly line at Ford. Roush is built using a gt at a certified dealer. It is not built on an assembly line. Roush isn’t any different than an average Joe buying a GT and fixing it up himself. When you buy a Roush the title doesn’t say Roush. It will say Mustang Gt. Try to look up the value of a Roush. You won’t find it. Only mustang Gt and Shelby.

They’re all mustangs with either diffeeebt factory parts or different aftermarket parts.

The Shelby snobs are hysterical. Glad I was never like that.

It’s not about being a snob. You’re taking my comments personal. The title of this is pros and cons. I’m just simply stating the facts. A Shelby is titled as a Shelby because it’s built at Ford as a Shelby. A Roush is title a GT because it’s not. This is why the Shelby will hold its value more than a Roush. I’m not saying a Roush isn’t a great car. Just stating my thoughts on the pros and cons. Wasn’t trying to upset Roush owners.

Agree with all that. Heowever they’re all mustangs.

Some simply hold more value and burn more oil than others.

It depends on what the user wants out of his toy.

All these threads end up at the same thing.

Doubtful. Rumor is the ZL1 lLE is getting the 10r80 and if/when it does, it will make the beating it puts on the gt350 cars even uglier; for cheaper.

Also what autos will outperform the 10 speed versus the TREMEC on track?

It is confirmed, zl1 1le will be available in auto, I saw it on the GM site.

FYI... I’m one of the lucky ones. My GT350 doesn’t burn much oil if any.

That’s great. What year is your car? Seems they might have the oiling issues figured out with the later cars.

Wow that’s gonna be awesome.

Now... just if they’d release a z28 with the LT5..... it’d be hard for me to pass on one.
