Finished the valve covers up today. Got the call today that my engine will be ready for pickup on Wednesday. Still need to do the return fuel system and some other odds and ends stuff.
I'll say it again bud, you do damn nice work!

That’s one hell of a dinner! My chicken saag (indian) was good but I’ve got entree envy for sure
Honestly, the pic doesn't do it justice. A guy I've known for a number of years retired today and a coworker of his (big black guy from KC) made all of that shit. The potato salad had big chunks of egg in it, mmmmmm. That brisket and chicken though...

Was it all smoked or done up on the grill? Not that it matters, just wanna know what you were working with

That’s one talented dude! Brisket is tough to get right on the grill. Would love to get some tips from some Kansas City boys. What was your favorite of the meal?
Usually brisket is my favorite but, on that plate it was the chicken.
