The interior is garbage in the 03/04 over the Shelby. That would be the deciding factor for me.

Since I have a soft spot for terminators...

07-09 GT500 < Terminator
10-12 GT500 < Terminator
13-14 Gt500 >/= Terminator

If it's one or the other, Terminator all day. The Shelby is silly looking with the huge Cobra emblems on the fenders and I'll just stop there.

The Terminator is arguably the best looking Mustang ever.

My uncle has both... well kinda... I just bought his cobra. Still need to schedule a transport for it to bring it to Texas.

He bought the cobra and shelby new. I'm fortunate to be able to buy his cobra now being 11k miles.

I've driven both and if I had to pick only one I would still go with the Terminator. Even for the 20k premium for the 13/14 I could build one hell of a motor/fuel/boost for the same price and have north of 1300hp vs just having the 13/14.

Or buy a 1997 Honda. Turbo K swap it and crush all of them for pennies.
