Nah, if I needed a new driver seat I'll get mine redone or buy a set of seats. What the guy did in the video works for him, but I'd go a different way.

Also this so called mod can be done on a foxbody too but whatever. Why would you want to just switch out one seat the other still looks like shit? Even worse you're sitting on the good one leaving the shitty one exposed all the time.
Switching out the better one since the car has someone in the driver seat 100% of the time it’s being operated.
This would even work well for someone who doesn’t have seats quite as bad as these, but works great especially for trashed seats.
Sitting in the good seat vs looking at the good seat in the passenger side makes more sense to me lol

Sorry you can’t figure it out. Sitting in the bad seat, then sitting in the good seat makes a big difference when driving it. It’s a clever idea and I’m confident others will enjoy the idea and might try it. Stop being a downer and cheer up

A “life hack” is simply a trick to make something work better. Perhaps you don’t understand the terminology. It’s a newer term old timers might not get.
