@toddyfiveo how hard was the install? In the middle of my turbo build and my lazy friends aren’t helping so could it be done by yourself?

@Stage 4.6 how much did that run you if you don’t mind me asking? My car is in desperate need of paint correction and the bumper to be re sprayed but money is getting real tight lol

Finally had the car detailed because it’s been months since I’ve washed the car.

I here you on money getting tight, my plans where to do an E85 set up this spring but Ive been wanting to get my car cleaned up for a while, been on a waiting list and finally got called.

I ended up buying a new front bumper cover, due to my OCD, the front end and some little imperfections, quote: $2250, but my car is Mystichrome so i am paying for that mystic paint tax! Might be a bit cheaper for your car depending on color

Holy crap lol!! I have a Mystichrome as well and knew it’d be a little more expensive but I didn’t think it would be that much. Mine is a California car so it’s got the license plate holder drilled in the front bumper and that’s the main reason I want to get a new one and get it painted. Did the $2250 include the price of the bumper??

Yea what @Stage 4.6 said, just wait until we buy ours and then you can go up on price:D:D. I will be in contact with you as soon as I finish this build to get my MC vert.

Yes that included the oem bumper cover ($600), which was on back order for almost month. The paint was $420 a quart. Depending on how much paint i have left they are also doing a repair on a small scratch i have on the rear bumper, but that will definitely add to the labor cost.

You were able to buy a new OEM bumper cover still? Where did you order it from?

It can be done by yourself. I dropped it, removes and installed the bushings and then installed it all with just a floor jack.
