The build is a 98 Lincoln Mark VIII with the KB non-intercooled 96-98 kit. I've read a number of threads and did a number of searches but for some reason I'm not 100% which one it right. I've used F6SZ-12A697-A which is from the KB write up from years back. I went to Ford and tried to explain to the guy what I was looking for and got this part# F57Z-12A697-A, along with other numbers I found on different threads. I found this and it looks like the picture in the KB write up but not sure. They look identical but I want to make sure, also if you have a part# for the pigtail that would be a big help as well.

I put the picture of the image from the actual KB write up below. Any help would really be appreciated.

I realized that the part I had in question says it is interchangeable with F6SZ-12A697-A so I think I'm good. Does anyone know the pigtail Part#? I was going to delete this thread but I couldn't figure out how to go about it. If anyone has any advice to share about doing this modification please do.

Are you relocating the iat?

Yes, going to locate it after the blower so it will help my tuner put together a much better tune. I linked the write up above. It's a great write up but is a little dated 2007-08 It covers just about everything you need to know. I'm just curious if there is any new info that might be worth knowing.

I'm an amateur compared to most of the people on here. Give me a 1979 350 Chevy or a 68' 289 Ford and I can handle that for the most part but when it comes to all the computer controlled systems, I often have to come back to the computer and walk myself through any problems. I've learned my Mark VIII stuff pretty well but I'm still an amateur in the big picture.

Try ebay..
Yes I've been on eBay, that's where I found the Delphi IAT. Any of the Ford F6SZ-12A697-A were old listings. I didn't figure out that the Delphi was a true replacement until late Friday, I'm going to go to one of our Ford dealers tomorrow and see if the factory part is still available. Thanks for the input :)

Have them look up the secondary IAT sensor for the Lightning. I think I used one from a 2001 on my 01 Cobra. Plugged right into the stock harness.
