Watching tonight - been a subscriber to your channel for a few months - good stuff!

Are you planning on doing a follow up video on your steering wheel that you peeled? I have saddle tan wheel that the top third is in less than stellar condition.

Yes- this is the perfect opportunity for the steering wheel cover. Once I peeled off the old one the new cover is too big, so I’ll re-cover the 98 Cobra’s steering wheel with the kit.

Been following you for a few months now, I love that you guys are collecting the mustangs from your past. Whats the plan for the 98?

We’re happy just to have it, but eventually a repaint of laser red, maybe some slp weld in mufflers (has a nice h pipe), and some lowering springs perhaps.

Definitely lowering springs. If you decide to repaint will the stripes stay or go?

Not that this is a poll, but how many SN95 Cobras do you still see that are not lowered? I.e. the car is more unique with its stock stance IMO. I fell in love with the car at the dealerships and brochures at the stock height.
Obviously, you and your brother will do as you see fit. Personally, I would appreciate seeing a few more road trip videos of the car before it gets lowered, as there is a dearth of videos showing stock height Cobras driving around.

That's a tough one since the stripes are nostalgic... however, if we were to spend the money or a new laser red paint job (it will most definitely be laser red), we would likely keep them off and move on with the car being "ours." I think its important to make it your own and we wouldn't have done the stripes ourselves, but do like them for what they were.

none of my cars are lowered (I agree it looks better), but most of my brother's are. Its probably inevitable she'll get lowered at some point lol.

Understood and thanks for the reply. Please do shoot a couple more "road trip" videos of it at stock height if you can justify the time and content. On a related note, check out the beauty shots of Mark Olson's (@mwolson) white 96 at stock height here. He had a professional photographer take that series of photos - sweet looking ride IMO.
