Hey guys, recently got a 13-14 and added a JLT 148, 10% lower 2.5 upper along with a XBA plenum and a 168mm Kenne Bell throttle body.

Kenne and tuner recommend that KOEO TPS voltage to set at 0.59 volts and it is currently at .56 volts......Just wondering how i go about adjusting the voltage on the Big 168MM Kb throttle as i heard somewhere adjusting them was a no no, but how do people get them in the range ?? Thanks Guys

I bolted mine on and went. Probably run it as is and datalog. I was surprised how well it runs with that monster.

I have them for a Whipple, but the official instructions have you measure the original TPS voltage prior to disassembly.

I can upload with a .doc extension but happy to send as an email!

First, you are not that far off. So that is good. Did you use your OEM throttle body gear and electronics? If you did not use your OEM electronic then swap it back on. That may fix your voltage. It did for me.

If you don’t want to swap or it is the OEM, loosen the screws for the electronics on the throttle body. Now the hard part. With your voltage meter probes jammed into the throttle body electronics, move the electronics up or down until the voltage hits the magic number. The electronics doesn’t move much but you don’t need much. Tighten throttle body electronics.

I had the same problem with the voltage. If I am not being clear, the throttle body electronics is the side where the wire plugs into. The screw is a weird torx I think.

Good luck. I forgot and you probably know but key on when checking voltage. Ask me how I know. Tough to be stupid sometimes.

When I did that combo on my '13 ( 2.4 upper / no lower) I was a nimrod intimidated simply by the electronics swap. I found KB Tech guys to be awesome. I also found Lund to knew the secret of exactly how to tune the KB electronics.

Kenne Bell is definitely your friend in this scenario. They were very helpful and told me how to fix the voltage problem among other issues.

Sorry...I did not address your question but to answer Lund resolved my KB168 voltage issue with one of the later tune tweaks. It was a slight idle adjustment. Lund spotted it on the data log, sent a revision which did effect the standard voltage to the TB and it was gone for good.
