I know someone around you that has one........
LOL is that plug meaning you? I haven't really had a need for it yet.Knock on wood. I've been trying to put money into other things for the time being. I have a plain code reader for CEL and and my SCT programmer. But you have my interest and attention.

Do you have the TC turned off with a tune? Way to tell if its the module is the traction control will turn off at the same time the abs light comes on. Had the issue with my 02 GT and my 03 cobra vert.

I'm still on factory tune. T/C goes off when the ABS light comes on obviously - but tune should not be a factor.

He was probably asking because if the traction control is turned off in the tune the the light on the traction control button will always be on. If that's the case you can't tell if the traction control is turning off because of the ABS error.

Finally got my car home from my buddies shop where I pulled the motor and tranny and started on a turbo build. Got her backed into the garage so I can drop the tank hopefully this weekend to start on my fuel system.

So I had the car at my buddies body shop in the back room under a cover. He got it back to me and the car is covered in dust from where it sat in the back and they had taken the cover off. I was pissed for a min but my friend did let me use his shop, tools, and help to pull the motor so I can’t be too mad. Plus there’s no scratches anywhere so it is what is is. My questiok for you guys is what is the best way to go about cleaning the car off since it’s been sitting like this for a couple months? I just want to clean the dust off and don’t wanna mess up the mystichrome paint. Hey @Goose17, I know you detail your Mystichrome a lot, any tips so I don’t scratch her up?

If there is only dust on the car, hit it with a California Duster. If it got wet or there is grime on the car... time for a wash.

After dusting/washing, you may need to do some correcting if there are scratches/blemishes. If there are some moderate scratches, hit them with 3000 grit wet sand paper. Keep it wet!

Otherwise start with a medium grit compound and a DA polisher with a medium density foam pad. Then work with finer and finer grit compounds until you get to your favorite wax/polish. Use a soft pad for the last round. I use Meguiars compounds in this order: medium cut, fine cut, swirl remover and then your favorite wax/polish. I use a medium density orange pad for the correction compounds and a light density red pad for the final round.

A turbo Mystichrome will be AWESOME! Please post a build thread so I can live vicariously!

Thanks @Goose17, you’re the man!! I will be spraying it off and cleaning it this weekend and will post pics.

I have a bunch of pics saved where I've already pulled the motor and done most of the front suspension. I just got a call from my motor guy Friday and said my motor will be finished within 2 weeks so I was actually going to start the build thread sometime this weekend to keep me motivated and keep my ass in check to finish the car lol.

Installed a Eibach 29mm rear sway bar, while I was there Full Tilt Boogie hooked me up with a replacement set of upper control arm bushings and shims to fix some lateral play. Apparently my car is one a a few that the upper control arm buckets were 3/16” further apart than most.

I continue to be impressed with Full Tilt Boogie and their customer support.

Needless to say the rear bar and bushings were not fun at all. This required the IRS to be lowered from the rear, which involves removing a lot of parts.

Can’t wait for new wheels and spring to come!!

Drove back from Palm Springs today. Gears were a little louder than I remember. So I tore into it. Again. I think my gears are ok. Just need to check the preload again.
