I thought I'd start a thread for Cobra R specific maintenance tips, tricks, suggestions, etc.
Personally, I'm soliciting to fellow 95 Cobra R owners on suggestive maintenance tips.
I recently picked up a 95R with ~14-15K miles. All original, except rear tires. I don't have the owners manual, although I am aware of standard vehicle maintenance.

Is there anything I should consider specifically with this car as normal routine maintenance or a periodic maintenance, especially considering this car has 14-15k miles on it?

Also, I am going to purchase new tires for this car. I'm going for a stock look, so I was already considering the BFGoodrich G Force Comps. I plan to drive the car, but mostly in a mild fashion for now. Any thoughts? Is it also worth keeping the original front tires currently on the vehicle? Would anyone want those with the car down the road if I decide to sell it?

Thanks,
Chris

I stashed my stock tires/wheels away for the future. I suggest hanging onto what you have.

I mounted the BFG’s you highlighted on another set of R wheels. They perform well and look original.

Mine had under 1K on it so I spent quite a few weeks changing out the fluids and replacing a lot of the rubber hoses that are specific to the 95R, but difficult to find. I wanted to ensure that I had the original parts in good shape for the future.

One of the biggest things that I did was change out the original brake hoses, pad and rotors. Again, keeping the original but ensuring I didn’t have any issues down the road.

Enjoy the car!

I’m slowly doing coolant flush fills on all my cars. When done, next job is brake fluid swap.

For a car that doesn’t get driven much, I’d say coolant is your critical fluid to not let sit for too many years.

Did you find a replacement for the lower radiator hose assembly?

Where?

Can you take a bunch of pics of what you took off. I really need to find the correct hoses for a car I'm working on.

Yes keep the tires!! If you or anyone else wants to show MCA unrestored, they will absolutely look at the date code of the tires. If you have the original battery save that too!
