Is there a benefit to replacing my injectors since i have to seal a intake mani leak? I have a BBK cold air intake, side exhaust and new gear. That is basically it, are the stock injectors good enough or should i be lookin at something else. I have no idea about injectors.

Buy a $15 ebay rebuild kit and rebuild your stock 24s. You don't need new injectors unless you have a setup that actually requires more fuel to function. I'd also swap the stock airbox back in as the BBK isn't doing anything but heating up the air charge.

To change the injector filter out you just use a #10 sheetmetal screw. Put the screw in a vise and screw the injector filter side onto it and yank on the injector and the old filter will come out on the screw. New filter gets tapped in with a hammer, change out/grease the new O rings, snap a new pintle cap on it and go.

I found a few places that do and ultrasonic cleaning on the injectors. They test before an after cleaning to show improvement if any: Mr Injector I think ill go this route. I was debating new ford performance injectors.
